They can be made from a ton of different ingredients, so finding one that suits your taste is as easy as it can be.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019ll only take a couple of minutes to whip up as well! We promise you, your #2 is going to feel effortless after it.<\/p>\n<p>So here\u2019s what you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 cup of sprouted quinoa<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 cauliflower or regular falafel balls<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 tablespoons of beetroot hummus<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 cup of leafy greens like spinach or kale<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">10 steamed carrot sticks<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 chopped tomato<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u00bd of an avocado<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh lime, green onion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll also want to make a sauce. You\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 tablespoon of soy sauce<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 tablespoons of miso<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 small grated clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A twist of freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ready, set, assemble!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Boil your quinoa on low heat for about 20 minutes. That will make it soft and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">While the quinoa boils, steam your carrots for 5 minutes. They\u2019ll soften up but still have that pleasant springy crunch.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Throw everything into a bowl, mix up your sauce, and toss on your garnish.
